Services
We provide custom software engineering, AI and automation, cloud/integrations, security and digital transformation, technology consulting, and professional writing services (including blog content, technical documentation, and product copy). Scope, fees, and timelines are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or invoice.
Client responsibilities
Provide timely access, feedback, and materials needed for delivery.
Ensure you have rights to content and data you supply.
Pay invoices according to the stated payment terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you own deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. We may reference anonymised project outcomes in portfolios unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payment
Invoices are payable to the account details published on this website (account name Rehan Mustafa, nsave GBP). Quote your invoice number on every transfer. Late payment may pause delivery until balances are cleared.
Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information shared during an engagement and use it only for performing the work.
Warranties & liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Except where prohibited by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Acceptable use of the website
Do not misuse the site (including attempts to disrupt security or scrape content at scale). We may suspend access that harms the site or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.
