This policy covers fees paid to SRS TECH for software engineering, AI/automation, consulting, and writing services.
Project deposits Discovery sprints and project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, because calendar capacity and discovery effort are reserved for your engagement.
Milestone payments Payments tied to delivered milestones are due as stated on the invoice. Refunds are not issued for completed and accepted milestones.
Cancellations by the client If you cancel before work begins, we may refund unused prepaid fees minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred. If you cancel after work begins, fees for work performed (time and materials or completed milestones) remain payable; unused prepaid amounts may be credited or partially refunded at our discretion. Cancellations by SRS TECH If we cannot continue an engagement for reasons within our control, we will refund prepaid fees for undelivered work after deducting fees for work already completed.
Writing & content services Revision rounds included in the statement of work are covered. Refunds are not provided for completed drafts that meet the agreed brief. If delivery is late beyond the agreed timeline due to us, we will agree a make-good (extra revisions or fee adjustment).
How to request a review Email info@srstech.co.uk within 14 days of the invoice date with your invoice number and reason. We aim to respond within five business days.
Bank transfers Invoice payments should use the bank details published on this site. Always include your invoice number as the payment reference. For payment confirmation or bank-detail queries, contact info@srstech.co.uk .

Scope, fees, and timelines are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or invoice.
Client responsibilities Provide timely access, feedback, and materials needed for delivery. Ensure you have rights to content and data you supply. Pay invoices according to the stated payment terms. Intellectual property Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you own deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. We may reference anonymised project outcomes in portfolios unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payment Invoices are payable to the account details published on this website (account name Rehan Mustafa, nsave GBP). Quote your invoice number on every transfer. Late payment may pause delivery until balances are cleared.
Confidentiality Both parties will protect confidential information shared during an engagement and use it only for performing the work.
Warranties & liability Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Except where prohibited by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
